About ClearIPO

An independent Indian IPO board built on one rule: publish what the data actually says, and leave the rest blank.

Why we built it

An Indian retail investor researching an IPO usually meets the same three problems: numbers that contradict each other across websites, filler where a figure has not been disclosed yet, and language written for people who already understand book building. ClearIPO exists to remove all three. One board, one refresh cycle, one vocabulary.

We cover both mainboard issues and the fast-growing SME segment, from the day an issue is announced to the day it lists: offer dates, price band, lot size and minimum investment, issue size, subscription by category, grey market premium, allotment date and listing date.

How we work

Report, never estimate

Price band, lot size, issue size, subscription and grey market premium are printed only when the source reports them. Everything else reads “Not reported”.

Refresh every hour

An automated sync pulls the IPO feed at five past every hour, so open, upcoming, closed and listed statuses move on their own instead of ageing on the page.

Label the unofficial

Grey market premium is an unregulated, off-exchange indicator. We show it because readers look for it, and we mark it as unofficial everywhere it appears.

No paid placement

No issue can buy a position on the board, a badge, or a mention. Ordering is driven by dates and status only.

How ClearIPO makes money

Today it does not. There are no sponsored issues, no broker referral commissions and no paid reviews on the site. If that changes, any commercial relationship will be labelled on the page it appears on, and it will never affect which issues are listed or how their figures are shown.

Common questions

Is ClearIPO a broker or an advisory service?
No. ClearIPO is an information and education website. We do not open demat accounts, place orders, earn commissions on applications, or recommend any issue.
Where does ClearIPO get its IPO data?
Issue details come from a licensed IPO data feed that aggregates exchange and registrar disclosures, refreshed automatically every hour. Market prices shown in the ticker are delayed quotes.
Why do some IPO pages show fewer details than other websites?
When a field such as lot size, subscription or grey market premium has not been reported by our source, we leave it out instead of estimating it. A blank is more useful to an investor than a guess.
