IPO analysis and reviews

Factual, document-based analysis of Indian IPOs, not ratings, ranks or investment recommendations.

This is analysis, not advice

ClearIPO does not tell you to apply, avoid or subscribe to any IPO, and does not publish a "best IPO" list or a guaranteed outcome. Each analysis below summarises facts drawn from the company's own offer document: business model, use of funds, disclosed risks and financial history, after a documented manual review. It is not investment advice.

How ClearIPO reviews an IPO

An IPO analysis on ClearIPO is published only after a documented manual review of the company's offer document, the draft red herring prospectus or red herring prospectus filed with SEBI and the exchanges. The review looks at what the document itself discloses: the nature of the business, how revenue is generated, the stated purpose of the fresh issue and offer for sale, the risk factors the company itself has flagged, and the financial history reported in the filing.

This process is deliberately factual rather than evaluative. We do not assign a star rating, a rank, or a "subscribe" or "avoid" call, because that would imply a recommendation, and ClearIPO does not give investment advice. Where a document is incomplete, ambiguous, or where our review has not yet been completed, we say so explicitly with a "Review pending" label rather than filling the gap with a guess.

Every analysis links back to the primary and secondary sources used, consistent with the sourcing rules described in full on the methodology page. For the underlying facts (price band, dates, subscription and grey market data), see the IPO directory and the IPO calendar. If you are new to how IPOs work, start with Learn: IPO basics.
