What the service is
ClearIPO is an information and education service covering Indian mainboard and SME public issues. It is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, with no warranty of accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability.
Permitted use
You may read, print and share pages for personal, non-commercial use with attribution and a link. You may not republish the IPO board or directory in bulk, resell the data, or present it as your own.
Automated access
Scraping, crawling beyond normal search-engine indexing, or any automated collection that degrades the service is not permitted. If you want structured data, contact us instead.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for verifying every figure against the prospectus, the registrar and exchange filings before acting on it, and for any financial decision you take. ClearIPO gives no advice and accepts no responsibility for outcomes.
Intellectual property
The ClearIPO name, logo, page design, written explanations and lesson content belong to ClearIPO. Underlying market and issue facts are not owned by us; our presentation of them is.
Changes to the service
We may add, change or remove pages, data fields and features at any time, and may suspend the site for maintenance without notice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from use of the site.
